Am I able to do a normal release + some specific products are gated?

Yes, our app lets you set products behind a token-gate while other products are not behind a token gate.

I don't qualify for the Shopify NFT Program, is it possible to sell our NFTs through OpenSea, and use PERCS to token gate access?

Yes, you can token-gate, offer discounts and redemptions with any ERC-721 smart contract and ETH addresses you define yourself. We encourage stores to collaborate with other NFT communities to grow their customers.
